W8950ND uszkodzony podczas aktualizacji

Witam!
Panowie potrzebuje małej pomocy odnośnie reanimacji routera w8950nd rev. 1 po nieudanej aktualizacji przez wifi(głupota, teraz już wiem)
Router działał bez problemu do momentu aż zachciało mi się go aktualizować.
Na ten moment po włączeniu do prądu mrugają sobie diody, działa wifi oraz lan. po wejściu na stronę konfiguracyjną od razu wyskakuje opis aktualizacji firmware niestety pomimo podania właściwego firmware wyskakuje update failed.
Zacząłem szukać w internecie na temat wgrywania oprogramowania poprzez telnet i wlutowanie się kablem bodajże rs232.
O ile wlutowanie i "programowanie" w telnet czy przez hyperterminal nie stanowi problemu to mam dwa pytania:

Czy jestem w stanie w ten sposób postawić router do stanu z przed uszkodzeniem?
skąd wziąć odpowiednie oprogramowanie do wgrania- czy jest to to samo co na stronie producenta?

głównie chciałem się wzorować na tym poradniku

Jesteś w stanie zalogować się na router i pokazać co tam masz?

Po ustawieniu adresu ip na komputerze na sztywno i wpisaniu w przeglądarkę 192.168.1.1 od razu wyskakuje strona Firmware update i mogę kliknąc na zakładkę wyboru firmware, po kliknięciu dalej po chwili wyskakuje komunikat firmware update failed i nic nie jestem w stanie więcej zrobić.
Z podłączeniem się przez telnet będę się dopiero bawił jutro chyba, że jest szansa w inny sposób go postawić.

Temat nadal aktualny, ale podszedłem do tematu od innej strony. Udało mi się załatwić takiego samego w8950nd działającego ale z uszkodzonymi portami lan. postanowiłem przelutować z tego sprawnego tylko pamięć flash i teoretycznie wszystko powinno działać.
Zacząłem szukać na internecie wg oznaczeń układów scalonych ale nie wiem dokładnie który mam przelutować.
W pierwszej kolejności podmieniłem pamięc flash f32-100hip ale niestety nie pomogło, router nie chce wstać.
Z pozostałych układów jakie jeszcze są

Jest jeszcze jeden wiekszy układ na którym jest radiator przyklejony i nie chce go zdejmować ael jest na kulach bga.

Czy model i wersja urządzenia są takie same?
Bawisz się w lutowanko może podłącz do niego interfejs TTL na rs232.

Tak, z lutowaniem nie mam najmniejszego problemu i gdzieś powinienem znaleźć jakiś interface ttl ale nikt mi nie odpowiedział czy w tym konkretnym modelu zadziała instrukcja z pierwszego postu, a po drugie nie mam odpowiedniego firmware aby go wgrać, dlatego stwierdziłem, że prościej będzie mi wymienić uszkodzony element pomimo tego, że jest to smd:)
Kol. Heinz czy instrukcja z pierwszego postu zadziała? skąd pobrać odpowiednie oprogramowanie.
Druga sprawa- router uszkodzony programowo jest wersja 1.3, router z uszkodzonymi portami lan jest wersja 1.2

Instrukcja powinna zadziałać. Najważniejsze żeby zadziałał poradnik to działający bootloader.

mam pytnie bo nie chce się skomunikować- czy jeżeli po podłączeniu do prądu, diody zapalają się, miga dioda od wifi i po podłączeniu do dowolnego lanu w komputerze wykrywa że podłączono kabel sieciowy i mogę wejść na stronę routera poprzez 192.168.1.1 ale zamiast normalnie się zalogować pokazuje stronę do aktualizacji oprogramowania to bootloader jest sprawny? czy na siłę próbuję się połączyć?

po kilku godzinach walki, udało mi się skomunikować przez port rs. (były zrobione pady do wlutowania złącza ale brakowało elementów w pobliżu tych padów i wisiały sobie w powietrzu, dopiero pod lupą zauważyłem. po wlutowaniu się bezpośrednio do AR7240-AH1A komunikacja ruszyła z kopyta.
Na ten moment log wygląda następująco. Co mam dalej robić bo myślę, że już jestem bliżej niż dalej:)))

musisz wpisać szybko "tpl" ( bez " )

Zainstalować serwer TFTP ( polecam tftp32)

Jeszcze tylko jedno pytanie- firmware ściągam z oficjalnej strony tplinka z rozszerzeniem .bin? żadnych modyfikacji, poprostu montuje i podaje ścieżkę do tego pliku?

tak. firmware jest bez "boot" w nazwie. więc takie pójdzie wgrać bez problemu.

Źle wpisujesz polecenia. Wpisuj całe.

Najpierw pobierz soft do RAM z TFTP polecenie:

tftpboot 0x81000000 code.bin

Teraz musisz wymazać flash polecenie:

erase 0x9f020000 +0x3c0000

I skopiować pobrany firmware do flash:

cp.b 0x81000000 0x9f020000 0x3c0000

Uruchomienie wgranego softu:
