Stawiam nadal na dostawcę, zrobisz test bez TP-Linka i bedziesz wszystko wiedział. Kolega CHACA zbyt szybko wysuwa wnioski.

tekst na wp.pl ping : Upłynął limit czasu żadania, był wczesniej jeszcze z 2 razy.
Więc widocznie jak Pan mówi to raczej mogą być problemy ze strony dostawcy?

Przepraszam ze dodaje nowy post pod drugim, ale nikt nie odpowiedział mi na powyższe pytania. Chciałbym również zapytać przed zadzwonieniem do mojego dostawcy. mianowicie chodzi o to że on nie wie że mam podpięty router, jak mu o tym powiem nic się nie stanie? Chciałbym mieć tylko pewność.

Zadzwoniłem już do dostawcy,podłączenie routera jest dozwolone. :slight_smile: musiałem tylko podać adres MAC routera. Jeden dzien po daniu adresu MAC zrobiłem test i internet dalej rozłącza się. Zrobiłem także test, zadzwonie jeszcze raz do mojego dostawcy i powiem mu o tym że to nie kabel jest wina bo rozłaczenia są na wszystkich urzadzeniach podłaczonych przewodowo, jak i bezprzewodowo. ( Gdy dzwoniłem powiedziałem ze problem taki występuje )

Widzę z innym temacie że problem występuje cały czas. Można by spróbować alternatywnego oprogramowania jakim jest LuCI lub betę DD-WRT.
Osobiście zaczął bym od LuCI.

Nie mogę wgrać tego softu. Wyskakuje błąd że plik jest zbyt duży i nie chcę się wgrać.

Dobrze, zacznę sprawdzać jak to teraz wygląda. Mam tylko jedno pytanie. Gdy korzystałem z 'oryginalne' software Tp-Linka nie paliła sie jedna kontrolka, a mianowicie na której jak widzę to jest kłódka. Gdy zainstalowałem to alternatywne oprogramowanie podesłane przez Pana, ta kontrolka pali się non stop.

Na moje oko to nie router jest winny a coś u dostawcy co przypisuje Ci adres IP na 60 Minut, a dokładnie co pół godziny masz odnowienie adresu IP przez to jest bardzo krótkie zerwanie internetu.
Można by spróbować ustawić statycznie adres IP na WAN. Adres IP jaki musisz ustawić będziesz miał w statusie w sekcji wan ( IP, maska, brama, dnsy)
Możesz spróbować zadzwonić do dostawcy i zapytać czy dostajesz prawidłowy adres IP oraz czemu masz dzierżawę IP na 3600 sekund.

Naprawdę? Bardzo Panu dziękuje za te 'diagnoze'. Wiedziałem że to nie jest wina routera, bo oddałem go na gwarancje i dali mi nowy router który działa poprawnie, a jak dzwoniłem wcześniej do mojego dostawcy to oni się uparli że to NIE JEST ICH WINA TYLKO TEGO ROUTERA. Naprawdę denerwuje mnie to. Tak, jak wcześniej Administrator forum stwierdził że to wina dostawcy, wiec wszystko się potwierdziło. Więc w takim razie, mam zainstalować oryginalny software i skonfigurować? Czy ten mam skonfigurować, bo przyznam że ten soft LuCi totalnie go nie ogarniam.

To już zależy od Ciebie. Jeśli jest on zbyt skomplikowany to możesz powrócić do orginała.
Wejdż w system - Backup / Flash firmware i w sekcji Flash new firmware image wybierasz image do wgrania.

Wróciłem do starego oprogramowania. Ustawiłem na Statyczne IP i skonfigurowałem tak, jak jest w zakładce WAN. Sprawdzę teraz czy są jakieś rozłączenia.
EDIT: Problem został rozwiązany! Bardzo dziękuję osobom za wszelką pomoc!

Czyli router dostał negatywną odpowiedź od serwera dhcp -- nie ma konfiguracji dla interfejsu wan, więc jak ma się połączenie nawiązać?. Z jakiego powodu coś takiego występuje? Tego to już nie wiem. Telefon do ISP i ustalić przyczynę. :smiley:

Ustawiłem Statyczne IP na router i już rozłączenia zniknęły. Bardzo dziękuje wszystkim za okazaną pomoc i wsparcie. Pozdrawiam serdecznie.
